Happy Holidays, Dear OverTake Community!

OVT_Happy Holidays.jpg
The year is in its last few days, the holidays are here - time to kick back, hop in the rig and enjoy some quality sim racing time. We hope you have great holidays!

This holiday season, I think we can all agree that the atmosphere is just a bit merrier and more festive for simracing fans and car game enthusiasts than usual. It's probably not even a cliche to say our virtual stockings might be stuffed and overflowing!

With new ground-breaking titles being released, older titles getting much deserved updates and revamps, as well as a constant stream of new and innovative hardware at all price levels, it seems simracing is turning into one of THE most vibrant hobbies out there in the virtual world.

As we wrap up the year here at OverTake, where simracing is our raison d'etre, we're grateful and humbled that you're here to share with us in this ever expanding community and help shape its future.

We hope to provide a virtual home for our community, a place to express yourself and be heard, even if it's just about finding the best recommended graphics settings, how much you love VR (like me) or just want to comment on the latest news. We read and process all of it. Your feedback and ideas are not just bland engagement for the algorithm. We take your voices into account in everything we do.

Sneak peek ahead to 2025, we are excited to officially take part in Sim Formula Europe 2025 as the event's media partner and with our own booth in Maastricht. If you’re in the area or plan on making the trip out, please come and visit us and have a chat! It's always great to meet real faces from our virtual world.

All of us here at OverTake wish you a relaxing holiday season and raise our glass of virtual Glühwein to the coming year, it's going to be an exciting one!

I would like to wish all the awesome Overtake Community a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to one and all.

Every Christmas the local residents band together to set up a Christmas Tree in front of the Town Church in East Coast and distribute presents to the children that are less fortunate.
